Based on a design from the 1940s, the Klip is a highly adjustable and breathable bracelet that’ll make a great addition to your favorite watch. The ladder style link design is easy to adjust. All you have to do is clip the clasp onto the link that fits best. It may sound complicated on paper, but it’s the same general idea as putting a belt on and choosing the hole that fits best. Another useful feature of the Klip is the ability to use it with watches that have a fixed lug bar in lieu of spring bars. The open end piece design allows you to clip it around a 1.5mm (at minimum) fixed bar. Typically military style watches with these fixed bars are only compatible with a single pass nylon strap, so the Klip opens up a whole new world of wearability to these watches.

Constructed from stainless steel, the Klip features polished outer links and brushed center links. The Klip is adjustable from approximately 6 inches, all the way up to wrists measuring 8 inches in circumference. You’ll appreciate the light weight and breathability of this bracelet, making it an ideal option for the summer months. Like the rest of their offerings, Forstner upgraded the new version of the bracelet by adding a locking clasp mechanism and a more accessible end piece for quick and easy strap changes.

About Forstner

Originally founded in 1920, Forstner Bands have always focused on making fine accessories for wrist watches. Starting out with ornamental bracelets, the brand eventually moved on to create several iconic watch bracelets, including the Komfit and Bonklip — both highly adjustable to comfortably suit a wide range of wrist sizes. Forstner is probably best known for being the metal band of choice for NASA astronauts, commonly seen fitted to their trusty Speedmasters. In 2019, the brand relaunched with their most popular designs, providing a quality aftermarket option for your favorite watch.
