The Scandinavia collection by Bravur celebrates the mid-century heyday of its namesake design movement. Featuring a graphically taut dial layout that mixes the restraint of minimalism with the humanist warmth of mid-century concepts, the Scandinavia’s are luxurious, stylish and unique. The 39mm Swedish steel case is sleek and slender with a high standard of finish and appreciation of texture. Large domed sapphire crystals cap off the wide-dial design, that wears a bit larger than its size might indicate. Each Scandinavia is hand assembled in Sweden.
Inside of the Scandinavia is the Sellita SW300-1 caliber. This Swiss-made movement is a 25-jewel automatic with date, hand-winding, 42-hour power reserve, a frequency of 28,880 bph (beats per hour) and hacking seconds (the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out).

Founded in 2011 by industrial designers Magnus Äppelryd and Johan Sahlin, Bravur has made a space for themselves squarely at the crossroads of unique design and exquisite craftsmanship. Based in the quiet coastal town of Bastad, Sweden, the marque achieves this through a blend of high-quality Swiss manufacture and distinctly Scandinavian design sensibilities, catering toward modern urban tastes rather than the macho posturing of many other brands. Bravur’s stylistic ethos is deceptively simple at first glance, revealing all manner of fascinating details on closer inspection.
