The Jutland is Giant Mouse’s take on the traditional folding hunter's knife. It’s a full sized knife, meant for heavy tasks or those with larger hands. It measures in at an overall length of 8.15” and weighs in at 4.4 ounces.

True to hunting and outdoors knives of the past, the Jutland features a clip point blade, which is ideal for piercing tasks. To open the blade, a flipper mechanism is used. The Elmax steel blade is mounted on bearings for a super smooth opening and closing action. For the Micarta Jutland, the blade has been treated with a durable PVD finish, the black blade pairs nicely with the rich brown burlap micarta scales. For the orange version, the blade is treated with a sleek stonewash finish, and pairs nicely with the vibrant orange G10 scales.

A reversible wire-style clip can be mounted on either side of the knife to accommodate left or right side carry. To keep the blade secured, Giant Mouse went for a liner lock mechanism – a secure and easy to use option. You’ll find a real brass backspacer on the knife, which will patina over time – a nice traditional accent in an otherwise modern knife.
