The Mondaine 2-in-1 Swiss Railway Alarm Clock puts the iconic railway design on your table, or your wall, and adds a useful alarm feature. Measuring 125mm/4.9” in diameter, the design is true to the Railway clock, but with a small twist, featuring a white dial, brushed aluminum housing, black hour/minute hands and markers, and a large red lollipop seconds. There is also a discreet fourth, silver hand that indicates when the alarm is set for.

But the alarm isn’t the only cool trick up this clock’s sleeves. Thanks to a detachable stand, you can choose between putting the clock on your bedside table, or perhaps desk, or hanging up on your wall.

About Mondaine

In 1944, Hans Hilfikker, inspired by the Bauhaus movement, designed one of the most iconic dials of all time. A designer and engineer working for the Federal Swiss Railways, this dial became the “Official Swiss Railways Clock”. A symbol of accuracy and efficiency, these bold, purposeful clocks are still found to this day throughout Switzerland. In 1986 Mondaine obtained the rights to use this design in wrist watches and home goods, elevating this iconic Swiss dial onto the global stage. Since then, the Mondaine watches and clocks have remained true to their source material, becoming icons in their own right.
