A watch roll has become a must-have accessory for watch collectors. Whether used for traveling or to store watches at home, a hearty, canvas, fabric, or leather roll gets the job done with style. The anOrdain Watch Roll exterior is crafted from ’Salt & Pepper’ Canvas that was originally developed by the Swiss during WW2. The fabric is made from a blend of cotton fibers and stinging nettles, which the Swiss blended in to reduce their reliance on cotton, which was hard for them to source during wartime. Today, the fabric is manufactured in Scotland, and is finished with a ‘dwr’ (durable water repellent) coating.
The liner fabric is also made in Scotland. This is a lightweight dry-finish waxed canvas. The stainless steel buckle is custom made in Wales using 70% recycled steel. The webbing and binding are manufactured in Derbyshire, in a mill that is over 150 years old. The product itself is manufactured in Glasgow by a team of artisans, at Trakke's facility which is powered by renewable energy.

Founded in 2015, anOrdain is a Scottish watch brand that set out to create timepieces with in-house manufactured Grand Feu enamel dials, and their own unique vision of design. Three years later, in 2018, they launched their first line of watches, the Model 1s, which won the hearts of watch enthusiasts worldwide, quickly selling out and remaining in high demand since. Now a team that includes an in-house typographer, several enamelers, four watchmakers and more, they’ve continued to develop their skills and designs, offering a new take on a traditional craft.
