Introducing the Zodiac Super Sea Wolf GMT Open Editions - Now Available at the Windup Watch Shop
Words by Windup Watch Shop

Over the past year, Zodiac has proven that their mid-century styled Super Sea Wolf GMTs are highly desirable timepieces. With a series of limited edition releases, each selling out in a matter of days if not hours, they have become a new cult collectible. Defined by bold colors, exceptional bezels, and understated GMT hands, these jet set counterparts to their iconic divers are excellent companions for travelers and vintage fans alike.

For fans of these watches who haven’t been able to pull the trigger on previous versions, Zodiac is today launching a duo of open edition Super Sea Wolf GMT models that are available now right here at the Windup Watch Shop.

To make these models distinct from previous LEs, Zodiac went for solid metal bezels. There are two versions, one in all steel with a black dial and a red GMT hand and the other two-tone, with a golden bezel, center links, crown, and hands. The former has a truly classic, handsome appeal. The kind of watch that looks as good in the office as on the beach. Perfect for traveling. The two-tone is a more exotic, but nevertheless iconic look. For Gordon Gekko fans and those who like a bit more bling, this one is where it’s at.

As with previous versions of the Zodiac Super Sea Wolf GMT, these models are powered by the Soprod C-125, a reliable Swiss-made automatic. These new models both come on bracelets and are available to purchase now for $1,795. While not limited editions, it is worth noting that these are limited production, meaning that they are made in small batches and won’t last too long.
