We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. They must be returned in the original packaging and include all accessories, inserts, and components. Any Gift With Purchase (GWP) received with the order must also be included, and all returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns requested after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Partial refunds may be issued, or refunds denied, for items returned damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition, unless the issue was due to our error. Watches with resized bracelets, items returned more than 14 days after delivery, or orders that included a Gift With Purchase where the GWP was not returned or not returned in original condition may also be subject to partial refunds or denied returns.
If your order includes a Gift With Purchase, all accompanying promotional items must be returned in order to receive a full refund or exchange. If the GWP is not returned or is returned damaged or used, its full retail value will be deducted from the refund total. This policy exists to prevent misuse of promotional offers.
All returns, domestic and international, must be requested and shipped within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected return shipments. For international returns, customers are responsible for customs documentation, duties, taxes, and fees. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Please contact us prior to returning any item to receive return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Purchases made using gift cards will be refunded to the original gift card, and gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
Refunds may take three to seven business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after this time, check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then contact your bank for additional processing details. If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us prior to returning the item. Exchanges are only available for the same item and are subject to availability.
