We accept refunds and exchanges. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Furthermore, if you received a gift with your purchase, that gift must be returned in the same condition as well. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Any item that included a Gift With Purchase (GWP), in which the GWP was not returned or not returned in the same condition
With gifts, what if I want to return the “required purchase item” for exchange or refund. Can I keep the gifts?
In order to receive an exchange or refund for the “required purchase item,” in addition to returning the “required purchase item,” you must also return all free accompanying “bonus” items (GWP). If the gifts are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from the refund total. This requirement was instituted to avoid potential abuse of our return policy by customers only wishing to obtain the GWP.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@windupwatchshop.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us.
Shipping
To return your product please contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The following policies apply to Junghans products only.
In case of damaged product (due to shipping):
Inspect ALL packages when you receive them to ensure the item(s) was not damaged during shipping. If an item appears to be damaged, please immediately contact us. We take insurance on every item shipped; If the item arrives damaged, we must notify the shipping company within 5 days. The shipping company will want to inspect the outer box as well as the damaged item. If you are purchasing an item to give as a gift at a later date, you must inspect the product within 5 days of its arrival to insure that the product was not damaged. After contacting us, we will give instructions to resolve the issue.
In case of defective product:
Defective products can be returned within 5 days of the delivery date. After 5 days, you will need to contact us to have the product repaired under warranty, if applicable. If a product is defective, please contact us. If it can be returned, we will send a FedEx return label via email. Carefully re-pack the watch into its original packing AND shipping boxes (The watch box is NOT a shipping carton). Remove all original labels that are on the shipping box. Once you receive the return label, please affix it to the original shipping box. Take the package to your local FedEx Store, or schedule a FedEx pickup and they will accept the labeled package free of charge. Please do not wear the watch if you believe it is damaged or defective. We cannot accept any watch that has been worn. The watch must be in brand new condition. If the watch is worn, even for a short period of time, it will no longer be "Brand New" and will not be accepted for return. Once we receive the returned item, we will credit you back the original purchase price to the credit card that was used for the purchase or replace the watch.
Other returns:
Carefully re-pack the watch into its original packing AND shipping boxes (The watch box is NOT a shipping carton). Remove all original labels that are on the shipping box. If the watch has been worn, regardless of how long it was worn, the watch cannot be returned. The watch must be in brand new condition. If the watch is worn, even for a short period of time, it will no longer be "Brand New" and will not be accepted for return. If the watch or band has been resized (including the removal and/or addition of links) or any other alteration to the item, the watch cannot be returned. If the product does not meet your expectations, (with the exceptions mentioned above) you may return the watch within 5 days from the date of delivery. After 5 days your sale is final. The watch must meet the criteria listed above. Please note: If your watch is delivered to a third party or a different shipping address, you still have 5 days from the date of delivery.
You must first get a Return Code from us before returning an item. Please contact us immediately to get a return code. Write the previously acquired return code on the outer shipping box so that we may identify your return when it arrives. You MUST take insurance on the shipment for the original purchase price, to account for the possibility of damage during the return shipment. You are responsible for all shipping costs. After shipping, contact us to give us the tracking code for the return shipment The item must arrive back to Junghans Watches USA in Brand New working condition. Credit will not be given for returns that do not meet the above conditions.
