Q: What payment methods do you accept in person?

A: We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. We do not currently accept cash payments.

Q: For in-person consultations, where will we meet?

A: Our office is located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY.  If this location is not convenient for you, we also offer virtual consultations.

Q: What hours are you available for consultation?

A: For our latest availability, check the form above which updates in real-time. In general, we are available for in-person or virtual consultations from 11am - 6pm EST.

Q: When purchasing a watch in person, Are you able to change the strap or resize the bracelet?

A: In some cases, yes, we are able to make these adjustments. However, in some cases, due to the design of the watch or bracelet, we advise having a watchmaker make these adjustments.

Q: What products do you have on-hand to show me during our consultation?

A: When completing the consultation form above, please indicate which brands you are interested in seeing. We'll then reach out to you to discuss specific products you'd like to see. If we don't have a specific product in stock to show you, we'll do our best to secure it.

Q: Is gift wrapping available for in-person purchases?
 

A: Yes! We are happy to wrap your in-person purchase free of charge. We do not currently offer gift wrapping for online purchases.

Our office is conveniently located in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY and consultation appointments are available daily, Monday through Friday.
