Free Shipping — No Order Minimum

Most domestic orders under $500 are fulfilled via USPS First Class Mail. Domestic orders above $500 ship via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping or special handling. Limited to domestic shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. Other restrictions may apply.

In-Store Pickup

We offer in-store pickup for our customers. You'll receive a separate email confirmation when your order is ready. Fulfillment typically takes 2–4 business days, but special-order products may require additional time. Specific shipping dates are usually noted on the product page when necessary.

Free Shipping on Orders $500 & Above

We provide free shipping using either USPS First Class / UPS or DHL. For orders shipped from two different warehouses, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each item.

International shipments sent through USPS may take up to 30 days for delivery due to processing and customs clearance before leaving the US. Once outside the US, packages are handled by the destination country's postal service for final delivery.

We recommend international customers track shipments through their local postal service — such as Royal Mail, PostNord, Canada Post, or La Poste — as these provide updates once the package arrives in-country. Delivery times outside the USA may vary and are not guaranteed.

US Orders

International Orders

Free shipping is available for orders $500 and above. Rates outside the USA are calculated by weight and offer different speed options. Time in transit can vary depending on customs processing.

All orders shipped within the USA may incur sales tax at checkout. Orders shipped outside the USA may incur duties and fees from your local government or the shipping company. Worn & Wound LLC is not responsible for any taxes or fees on outbound or returned products.

We insure all watches that we ship. If your watch is damaged or lost in transit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping company to gather the necessary information. This process can sometimes take 30–60 days.
