In Store Pickup: We offer in store pickup for our customers! You’ll receive a separate email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Fulfillment typically takes 2–4 business days, but special-order products may require additional time. Specific shipping dates are usually updated on the product page when necessary.

• Free Shipping for Orders $400 and Above: We provide free shipping using either USPS, UPS or DHL. Other restrictions may apply.

Please note that Hamilton, Casio, and G-Shock watches are only available for shipping to US addresses and are not eligible for international shipping.
For orders that are shipped from two different warehouses, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each item in your order.

International shipments sent through USPS can take more than 30 days for delivery due to processing and customs clearance before leaving the US. Once outside the US, packages are handled by the destination country's postal service for final delivery.
We recommend that international customers track their shipments through their local postal service, such as Royal Mail, Post Nord, Canada Post, or La Poste, as these services will provide updates once the package arrives in their respective countries.

• US Orders: Free shipping is provided with every order. Shipments will use a method chosen at our discretion. If you would like to select a specific shipping method, this will be an extra cost at checkout.

• International Orders: Free shipping is available for orders $400 and above. Shipping rates outside the USA are calculated based on weight and offer different speed options. Delivery times to international destinations may be impacted by customs processing.

Shipping outside of the USA is calculated based on weight giving the option of different speeds. Time in transit to destinations outside the USA can vary depending on customs.

All orders shipped to the USA may incur sales tax at checkout.  Orders shipped outside of the USA may incur duties and fees from your local government or from the shipping company.  Worn & Wound LLC is not responsible for any taxes or fees on outbound or returned products.

We insure all watches that we ship.  If your watch is damaged or lost in transit please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping company to get the necessary information to them. This process can sometimes take 30-60 days.
