Let’s take just a minute with the limited edition, Nivada x Worn & Wound Datomaster VK64. Based on a model from the seventies, the mecaquartz Datomaster VK64 is actually a scaled-down interpretation at 36mm x 43.5mm x 12mm with a wide dial opening for great wrist presence. Both dials are inspired by the color way of the Chronomaster Valjoux 72 and are offered up on 20mm brown rally style Italian leather straps.

Inside is a VK64 mechaquartz movement that features a sub dial at 3 for 24 hour time, 9 for a 60 minute counter, and a date at 6 o’clock. With quartz timekeeping and a mechanical chronograph gear train, the VK movements provided a “best of both worlds” scenario.
