Now in the Shop, New Central-Minute Chronographs by Damasko
Words by Windup Watch Shop
Damasko is one of the few brands out there that really embraces the chronograph, a fact that can be seen most clearly in their ever-growing line of central-minute hand chronographs. A true watch enthusiasts complication, central-minute chronographs are few and far between due to the lack of readily available movements on the market. Not ones to turn down a challenge, Damasko designed their own movement, the C51, which is based on the Valjoux 7750, though largely rebuilt in-house. Today, we’re excited to announce that we’ve added their newest iteration of the central-minute chronograph, the DC 82
- now with date, as well as two more versions of DC 80
to our collection, all available on strap or bracelet.
Damasko DC 82
As Damasko continues to develop their in-house capabilities, they are adding complications to the C51 movement. The DC 82 features the C51-2 variant, which now has a quickset date window at 4.5. The DC 82 is available now
, starting at $2,660.44.

Damasko DC 80 Green
The DC 80 Green takes the basic central-minute chronograph and adds bright green accents for a more modern and aggressive look. The DC 80 Green is available now, starting at $2,616.
