Springs + Gears is a new brand based out of our hometown of Brooklyn, NY. With an incredible eye for detail, Springs + Gears painstakingly redraws famous calibers, and then prints them by hand on a letterpress print. The result is a beautiful tribute to these mechanical icons.
For their first prints, Springs + Gears focused on one of the most important chronographs ever made, the Omega Caliber 321. Though not the longest lived caliber, the 321 was the engine inside the Speedmaster from 1957 - 1968, and was in the watches worn during the Apollo 11 Moon landing. Complex, yet elegant, it's a wonderful machine to contemplate and enjoy.
The Omega 321 prints are available in crisp white with black print, or deep blue with white/silver print, both in either 15" x 15", or 8" x 8". Prints are not framed.
