The Islander Port Jefferson Skin Diver is modeled after mid-century "skin diving" watches, designed for a lower profile than standard professional divers. It features a white dial with black applied markers and an orange seconds hand for visibility. The watch is fitted with a black ceramic bezel insert that is scratch-resistant and fully lumed, making it suitable for both casual water use and daily wear.

The case measures 40mm in diameter with a thickness of 11mm (reaching 11.5mm at the crystal's apex). This slim profile is paired with a 48mm lug-to-lug distance, allowing it to fit under most sleeves. It comes on a 20mm Beads of Rice stainless steel bracelet with articulating endlinks designed to wrap around the wrist. The total weight of the watch on the bracelet is 150 grams.

Powering the watch is the Miyota 9015 automatic movement, which operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour for a smooth seconds hand motion. The dial is covered by a single-domed sapphire crystal with an internal anti-reflective coating to reduce glare.
