Founded by brothers Alberto and Alessandro Morelli in 2017, Venizianico brings a uniquely Italian flair to their watches. Throughout their diverse collection of sport and dress watches, every facet of the brand is influenced and grounded by their pride in their home of Venice.
Their dive watch, the Nereide (or "Sea Nymph"), is fittingly inspired by the Venetian-built submarine of the same name launched in 1913. This 42mm variant still features the 120-click bezel with tungsten insert, flat sapphire crystal, 200m of water resistance, and Venetian-inspired touches that define the Nereide collection.
The five models, the Avventurina, Ametista, Lapislazzuli, Aureo, and Malachite, stand out for their incredible dials. The Avventurina's dial is created through the introduction of copper crystals in molten glass; the Ametista is crafted from a cut 0.4mm disk of amethyst; the Lapislazzuli wears a lapis lazuli stone dial, thin veins of pyrite adding a vibrant gold accent; the Aureo is treated with a 24-karat gold galvanic finish and tumbled for a rippled, hand-hammered texture; and the Malachite wears a precision-cut 0.4mm layer of natural malachite stone, its swirling green striations entirely unique to each dial. The Avventurina, Ametista, and Lapislazzuli are each paired with a matching Italian-made rubber strap, while the Aureo and Malachite are fitted to the new Sansovino bracelet, a five-link design of polished and satin-finished steel with a micro-adjustable clasp.
Underneath the engraving on the caseback is a Sellita SW200-1. A Swiss-made automatic movement, it features 26 jewels, hacking, hand winding, a frequency of 28,800 beats per hour, and a power reserve of 41-42 hours.

Founded in 2017 by brothers Alberto and Alessandro Morelli, Venezianico embodies the fusion of passion for watchmaking and design. During their university years at Ca' Foscari, the two brothers began to outline their vision: to create watches that not only expressed craftsmanship, but also captured the authentic soul of Venice, the city where they were born and raised.
Venezianico stands out for its relentless pursuit of innovation and originality, always mindful of the historical and cultural heritage of Venice. The brand's logo, inspired by the cross atop the Clock Tower of St. Mark's Square, symbolizing time in the lagoon city, embodies this pioneering spirit and constant quest for beauty and creativity.
Their watches are distinguished by their elegant and essential style, drawing inspiration from icons of Venetian heritage. They frequently employ cutting-edge and unusual materials tied to the craftsmanship of their region, such as gold, tungsten, aventurine, amethyst, and many others, ensuring that each watch tells a fascinating story.
