2024 marks the 50th anniversary of Casio watches. Launched just in time to celebrate in the great outdoors, the new Pro Trek PRJB001 is an ana-digi (analog-digital) toolwatch designed to tackle your next big adventure.
The PRJB001 is the one of the most innovative Pro Treks yet. Featuring a unique Rotary Guard bezel, the bezel’s position determines the user’s access to the watch's pushers. Going running or hiking? Rotate it to enable the pushers. When done, simply rotate it 45 degrees back and protect them. The 46mm case, with several key components made from a bio-based resin, is water resistant to 100m thanks to the Pro Trek PRJB001’s screw down caseback.
Powering the new Pro Trek is Casio’s Tough Solar 5732 module. Featuring world time, 1/100-second stopwatch, 60-minute countdown timer, 5 daily alarms and hour time signal, double LED lights, full-auto calendar (to 2099), and battery level indicator complications, it is a richly featured tool watch. It is also capable of syncing with a phone for time setting thanks to bluetooth connectivity. The PJRB001 is fixed on a bungee-cord and cloth strap inspired by outdoor gear. The adjustable bungee loop allows the watch to be worn over outer garments as conditions demand.
