Treat Yourself! - Oris Wings of Hope

Oris is one of the few watch brands that really gives back. Many of their limited edition watch projects support conservation, the environment, or noble causes like Wings of Hope. Wings of Hope is an organization that uses small aircraft to fly in crucial medical support to communities in need. More often than not, they’re flying into remote communities to provide access to medications and care that they would not otherwise receive. The watch itself is based on Oris’ Big Crown, except here we have the addition of the Cal. 401 with its impressive five-day power reserve. A 40mm stainless steel case is complemented by a cream dial and double-domed sapphire crystal. The design is a pilot-meets-field watch that both looks great and packs some serious features inside.

A Value-Packed Pick - GW9400 Rangeman

Taking things in a completely different direction is the G-Shock Rangeman GW9400. Designed with rangers and rescue crews in mind, these watches feature a durable case, legible display, triple sensor array, and some unique features that are sure to come in handy out in the field. The 55mm case houses an altimeter, barometer/thermometer, and compass right on your wrist. Powered by light, the solar charging system ensures that you’ll never be stranded with a dead battery, only needing minimal light exposure over the course of the 7-month battery life. This versatile and aggressive looking watch packs a ton of features and sensors into a package that clocks in right around three hundred bucks.

Deal of the Week - The Tool Watch Box

Designed by watch enthusiasts, for watch enthusiasts. The Tool Watch Box is our very own take on the perfect storage solution. Inside the steel box, you can safely store 12 of your favorite watches. The wooden storage slots each have their own dedicated pillow, finished in a handsome tweed fabric. Two metal clasps keep the box closed, reminiscent of that old tool box you have in the back of your shed (typically of origins unknown). Up top, there’s a thick glass viewing window that shows off your collection while keeping the watches free of dust. This week, the Tool Watch Box in Blue is $30 off, making it the Deal of the Week.
