Benrus has done it again! They’ve managed to bring back a classic with rich history and create a faithful reissue with a modern feel. Welcome the Orbit Robot to the skindiver lineup. The original Orbit Robot from 1972 became a cult classic and the brand just knew they had to bring it back. As always, Benrus takes every step in bringing forward the same design but with improved performance with modern-day materials. One of our favorite features of the original and the current reissue is the grey fumé dial, which was paid particular attention to in order to fully replicate the depth and radiance of the original grey watch model. This is a throwback you don’t want to miss.

With one of the richest histories of any major watch brand, Seiko has countless iconic models from its past to refer to. In particular, they have always been on the cutting edge of stopwatch and chronograph technology, being one of the first brands to manufacture automatic chronographs in 1969. Their new line of solar chronographs draws from some of these first precision chronographs, mixing vintage style with modern technology. The triple-register dial is pure ‘60s with applied markers on a textured surface. Here’s something cool, sunlight is cleverly collected through the sub-dials to power these watches, meaning no battery changes are needed!
