Spinnaker x Seconde/Seconde/ 50 Phantoms Crazy Edition
The Fleuss 40 Seconde/Seconde/ 2026 Edition is a collaboration between Spinnaker and Seconde/Seconde/, the Paris customization studio founded by Romaric André. The studio is known for turning vintage watches into playful works of art. For this edition, the team hid 50 “phantoms” throughout each watch. Some can be spotted at a glance, while others only appear under the UV torch included in the box. The edition comes in two versions, and the difference is how loudly they haunt: Crazy puts its phantoms on full display, while Quiet keeps most of them hidden. In the brand’s words, “One screams. One whispers.”
The Spinnaker’s Fleuss dive case is made from 316L stainless steel, measuring 40mm across and 47mm lug-to-lug, and it is 12.15mm thick for Crazy and 11.8mm thick for Quiet. A box sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating sits over a white dial with applied indices. A white ceramic bezel frames the dial, and the indices and hands are filled with Swiss Super-LumiNova. The screw-down crown helps seal the case. The watch comes on a 20mm solid stainless steel bracelet with a fold-over buckle, safety lock, and push-button release. White silicone and orange nylon straps are also in the box, along with the UV torch and a ghost display dome.
Inside is the Miyota 9039 automatic with 24 jewels, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of more than 41 hours. It drives hours, minutes, and seconds only, with no date window to interrupt the dial. Water resistance is rated at 10 ATM (100 meters), enough for swimming and everyday water sports.
Timex Marlin California Dial Limited Edition
The Marlin California Dial Limited Edition is a smooth, small-run take on Timex’s ’60s Marlin, limited to 200 individually numbered pieces. It was released in two parts. Numbers 1–100 debuted exclusively at the Windup Watch Fair in New York City and the Windup Watch Shop website, with numbers 101–200 following exclusively on timex.com later, after the fair. The California dial pairs Roman numerals across the upper half with Arabic numerals across the lower, balanced by stick markers at 3, 6 and 9.
The compact 34mm stainless steel case is 10.5mm thick, topped with a domed acrylic crystal for a true vintage look. The black dial has gold-tone numerals and markers, a gold-tone minute track, and a triangle at 12. A sharp gold-tone handset with lume in-fill keeps it readable at night. The caseback is engraved with each watch’s number in the edition, and the watch comes on a brown sustainable leather strap with quick-release spring bars.
Inside is a Seagull mechanical hand-wound movement, which makes winding the watch a small daily ritual. It shows hours, minutes, and seconds. Water resistance is 30 meters, enough for splashes and everyday handwashing.
