Introducing the Bruno Söhnle Hamburg watch collection, which draws inspiration from classic timepieces from yesteryear. Manufactured in Glashütte, where only the finest German watches are made, the dials showcase beautifully printed Arabic numerals and a unique handset, perfectly suited for an elegant timepiece. All of which is surrounded by a railroad-style minute track, with polished hand-applied hourly indexes. There is even a see-through case back offering views of the automatic movement, which is sure to please most collectors.

The fully polished case measures 43mm in diameter and 10.8mm thick, with a strap-friendly lug width of 20mm. It is almost all dial, providing incredible wrist presence, and thanks to the shape of the lugs, it will not feel too oversized.  The watch features a sapphire crystal coated with anti-reflective material and is water-resistant to a depth of 100 meters.

The HAMBURG AUTOMATIK BIG is available in two colors: classic flat white with black printing, black seconds hand and black-tipped hour and minute hands, and sunburst black with white printing, white seconds hand and white-tipped hour and minute hands. The date display is black on a white background, making it very discreet on the white dial. If you prefer the date to stand out, it leaps off the black dial. Both options are extremely attractive and come on a croc-embossed calfskin strap with a folding clasp.

The BS175 (Sellita SW200-1) Swiss-Made caliber powers the HAMBURG AUTOMATIK BIG. Bruno Söhnle applies hand-finished perlage to the base plate, gear train, and automatic bridges, and the components are assembled with in-house thermally blued screws. The movement also features a custom rotor made in Glashütte and has 26 jewels, hacking, hand winding, center seconds, a frequency of 28,000 beats per hour (4hz), and a power reserve of at least 38 hours.

About Bruno Söhnle Glashütte

The brand Bruno Söhnle was founded in 2000 in Glashütte, Saxony, which is widely considered Germany's horological equivalent of France's Champagne region. Some of the world's finest German watches are made there, and to showcase the name Glashütte on the dial, a minimum of 50% of the essential manufacturing must occur in that region.

The brand's vision was to blend functional aesthetics and traditional craftsmanship. Nearly a quarter century since its inception, the brand represents a gateway to the captivating world of traditional Glashütte watchmaking art. Their success has been attributed to their design language, complemented by the combination of high-quality materials and an accessible price point.
