The Formex Essence 39 Automatic Chronometer "Space Ghost" is a celestial-themed evolution of the brand's flagship model, serving as a highly anticipated follow-up to the previously released 41mm edition. The watch brings the otherworldly aesthetic of a 4.5-billion-year-old Muonionalusta meteorite dial. To preserve the dial's unique Widmanstätten pattern while adding a spectral silvery sheen, the meteorite is treated with rhodium plating and contrasted by thermally blued hands and indices.

Housed in a 316L stainless steel case, the watch features Formex's patented Case Suspension System to absorb shocks and improve wrist comfort. This model comes equipped on a matching stainless steel bracelet, which utilizes a next-generation butterfly clasp with a patented micro-adjustment system for on-the-fly sizing. The entire setup is further secured by a new screw-down crown, ensuring a robust 100-meter water resistance for daily aquatic use.

At its heart beats the high-grade Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement, which is officially COSC-certified to guarantee chronometer accuracy between -4 and +6 seconds per day. The beautifully decorated movement, featuring a custom skeletonized rotor and blued screws, is visible through a sapphire exhibition caseback. Production is strictly limited to 200 pieces per calendar year, making the Space Ghost 39mm a rare addition to the Essence lineage.
