FIELD WATCH W/ A TWIST

The field watch has certainly come a long way from its origins as a rigid military tool, transforming into a beloved category celebrated for its legibility and rugged versatility. Our Field Watch w/a Twist takes that storied evolution and injects it with a lighthearted spirit. This design breathes new life into the classics—bold numerals and a 13–24 hour scale—by organizing them into a concentric, layered layout. Divided by sharp railroad tracks, these sectors feature italicized numerals that provide a hint of motion and a unique sense of character.

Of course, functionality stays at the heart of the design. We’ve printed the numerals with a generous application of C3 lume to ensure things stay bright when the lights go down, paired perfectly with luminous hands. The 37mm stainless-steel case will feel familiar to fans of our previous Timex collaborations, boasting vintage-inspired dimensions and a classic domed crystal. Ticking away inside is the hand-wound Sea-Gull TY6 caliber, a movement we selected for its tactile charm and approachable nature.

TThis concept arrives in two distinct colorways. The Whirlpool edition blends deep indigo and denim shades with bright sky-blue and yellow hits on a blue strap. Meanwhile, the Storm version offers a cooler palette of grays and blues, punctuated by a red seconds hand and a sleek steel-gray strap. As part of our summer sale, both models of this limited edition Timex are now available for only $189, making this an absolute steal of a deal. Both models strike a fine balance between personality and pure wearability, making them ideal partners for your daily adventures.

AVI-8 CVRT 3775A

The AVI-8 CVRT 3775A— dubbed the “covert”—is a purpose-built mechanical instrument designed for enthusiasts who demand a blend of precision and daily utility. This compact tool watch skillfully merges the worlds of field, pilot, and dive designs into a single package. By stripping away the unnecessary and focusing on performance essentials, it delivers a reliable companion defined by clarity and exceptional comfort.

TBeneath the flat sapphire crystal, the design emphasizes pure legibility. The hard-coated stainless-steel case houses a matte-black dial where raised C3 Super-LumiNova numerals and tapered batons ensure high-contrast visibility. A 1/5th-second chapter ring adds a layer of technical detail, while a discreet date window and minimal branding keep the aesthetic clean. With 100 meters of water resistance, it’s built to handle whatever your day throws at it.

Purposeful geometry is the heart of the CVRT’s design. Boasting vintage-inspired dimensions—a 37.75mm diameter and a slim 11mm profile—it offers a perfectly balanced wrist presence. The conical mid-case and angular lugs work together to reduce visual height and increase stability, while the unique two-piece knurled “bumper” bezel provides extra grip. An ergonomic four o’clock crown ensures the watch remains comfortable during active use.

TVersatility is built right in, as the CVRT ships with two distinct strap options. A matte-black rubber strap offers a sleek, modern look, while the ribbed nylon mil-strap is ready for breathable, field-ready duty. During our summer sale, the Avi-8 CVRT is just $339, yet still retains all of its features, extra strap, and custom tin packaging. Ticking away inside is the Miyota 9015 automatic movement, a reliable 24-jewel caliber known for its hacking seconds and 42-hour power reserve, all safely tucked behind a solid steel case back.
