Seiko is known the world over as a watchmaker but has veritable expertise in all things time-telling. Seiko’s clock catalog is wide ranging and includes both analog and digital variations of all sorts of styles. The QXA802 references in particular are among the most elegant and straightforward designs.
The QXA802J, QXA802K, and QXA802L clocks have white, black, and dark blue dials, respectively. A closer look reveals thoughtful and tasteful details like the subtle vertical linen texture in the center of the dial. The outer track of the clock is smooth and features minute markers with accents on each five-minute counter. The hour markers are reminiscent of elegant Seiko watches with their faceted edges, and the hands match that style. On the outer edge of the clock is a 24-hour bezel, an homage to Seiko sport watches.
The Seiko QXA802-series clocks are quartz powered and feature a smooth sweeping seconds movement for a refined operation. The clocks are 35cm wide, 4.5cm thick, and come with a AA battery included.
