Are you an Authorized Dealer for the watches you sell?
We are an Authorized Dealer of all the watch brands we sell on our site. We purchase or ship the watches directly from the brands that we represent.
What size strap does my watch have?
Use a ruler or caliper to measure the inside of the lugs on your watch as shown in the picture below. This measurement in millimeters is your watch strap size.
I am not sure what color to choose, can you help?
Absolutely, send us a message using the Help button and we will help you choose.
Do your straps accept curved or "fat" spring bars?
If using a curved spring bar use the Model 2, Mil-Strap or ADPT series of straps. Fat bars will work in all Worn & Wound straps.
How do I get in contact with you?
Use the Help button on the bottom right side of the page. This sends us an email which we will answer by the next business day. If there is something that needs to be reviewed over the phone we are happy to give you a call.
What are your shipping options?
Please add the items you are interested in your cart and run through checkout. This will give you your specific area shipping options and pricing. You can also review our Shipping Information page for more.
The tracking number for my order shows no progress. What's going on?
After we ship an item it can take up to 48 hours for the carrier to show progress.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders ship from Brooklyn, New York unless it is from one of the following companies: Junghans, Fortis, Vero. These items ship directly from the manufacturer out of their warehouses.
Something is incorrect/missing in my order that I received. How do we sort this out?
Send us a quick message about the problem using the Help button on the bottom right of the page. We will move as quickly as possible to remedy the issue.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
We often take preorders for watches that will ship at a later date. If you’re wondering why your watch hasn’t shipped, check the product listing on our website to see if the watch you ordered is on preorder. If it isn’t, then don’t hesitate to reach out!
I'd like to return/exchange my order?
Please refer to our Refund Policy to check if your item is returnable.
My watch is in need of repair or warranty work. Where should I go?
