SHIPS FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER

Worn & Wound and Timex have teamed up once again for their fourth annual limited-edition collaboration, unveiling the Field Watch w/a Twist, a playful reinterpretation of the traditional field watch.

Once a strict tool built to military standards, the field watch has evolved into a broad category defined by legibility, durability, and versatility. The Field Watch w/a Twist embraces that evolution while adding a lighthearted touch to the genre. The design reimagines classic elements—bold numerals, a 13–24 hour track, and clear minute markings—into a layered, concentric layout. Separated by crisp railroad tracks, the sections form a sector-like dial accented by italicized numerals that introduce a subtle sense of motion and personality.

Functionality remains front and center. The numerals are printed with thick C3 lume for low-light visibility, complemented by luminous hour and minute hands. The case is the familiar 37mm stainless-steel design shared across the Worn & Wound x Timex collaborations, featuring a domed crystal and compact, vintage-inspired proportions. Inside is the hand-wound Sea-Gull TY6 caliber, chosen for its tactile experience and accessibility.

Two colorways bring the concept to life. Whirlpool pairs deep indigo and denim tones with sky-blue and yellow accents on a vivid blue strap, while Storm leans into cooler grays and blues with a pop of red on the seconds hand and a steel-gray strap. Both editions balance character with wearability, making them versatile companions for everyday use.
