Regulators traditionally separate hours, minutes, and seconds to emphasize precision. Here, that idea evolves. The hours and seconds are displayed on rotating discs beneath the dial surface, with skeletonized numerals that appear to float within the watch. Above it all, a polished central minute hand anchors the display. It’s dynamic without being chaotic, technical without feeling busy — and ultimately, it gives you a regulator that actually feels contemporary. Inside is the Swiss-made Sellita SW266-1 automatic regulator movement, complete with hacking and hand-winding. Turn the watch over, and the exhibition caseback reveals a customized rotor along with the mechanics that bring those rotating discs to life.

Limited to just 99 pieces worldwide, this is a focused, collector-driven collaboration and a rare opportunity to experience a modern interpretation of the regulator from an independent Swiss brand. At $4,990, it sits in a space where creativity matters. If you’ve been looking for something mechanically interesting, visually layered, and genuinely different from the usual steel sports watch, this is one worth securing while it’s still available. See it in person at the Windup Watch Shop Brooklyn showroom, or explore it online now before they’re gone.

VALUE PICK

For year two, we aimed to further develop the design while retaining what worked the first time around. Mechanically and dimensionally, the watch is unchanged from the 2025 release — same 41mm titanium Venture case, 12.5mm thick, 46mm lug-to-lug, 20mm lugs, same 200m of water resistance, screw-down crown, and flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating while being powered by a Seiko VK64 mechaquartz movement. However, that’s where the similarities end and the fun begins. In order to match the 2026 team uniforms, the titanium case has received a healthy coating of “Saturated Pink” cerakote, a thin ceramic-based protective coating. Just like last year, each of the watches will ship on a custom strap as well. Keeping with the team theme, this year's strap features blue webbing, pink graphics, and a splash of anodized purple hardware, while proudly claiming the team’s “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop” rally cry. One last thing to note, each watch will also come with a matching team cycling strap, identical to the ones that will be worn on the ride.

The Worn & Wound x BOLDR Conquer 2026 Limited Edition Chronograph is limited to just 200 pcs, with $80 from each sale donated directly to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, and is available now from the Windup Watch shop online. More information about the 2026 Ride to Conquer Cancer Collection is available in Blake’s most recent blog post.

When it comes to hard-working and reliable gear, few things hold an edge like the classic utility blade. While the universally sized blade is a favorite, finding a quality handle for them can be a bit of a challenge, that was, until the Utility Blade Knife from MaxMadCo. Cut from a singular piece of grade 5 Titanium using Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), it's both lightweight and rock solid. Utilizing a sliding blade carrier with a twist lock, you’ll have access to three distinct locking positions (closed, half open, fully opened), which allow you to utilize the majority of the utility blade while preventing the blade from accidentally opening or closing. Since the Utility blade knife is designed to work with the standard utility blade, sharpening your knife is as simple as flipping or replacing the blade and getting back to work, no complicated sharpening systems needed here.

DEAL OF THE WEEK

As longtime Seiko fans, we couldn’t resist the Mai alarm clocks. Styled to look like classic Seiko dive watches, they even have luminous paint to match. Paying homage to some of their most iconic models, like the 007, Turtle, Samurai, and more, you can either match the watch on your wrist or find a new style for your room. With this new generation of Mai alarm clocks, Seiko incorporated a functional, uni-directional bezel that functions just like the watch. On the rear of the clock, one knob allows you to set the time and alarm function while a dedicated switch controls the alarm function. At the top of the clock, the “crown” serves as both a snooze button and a momentary switch to illuminate the dial with subtle LEDs.
