FULL TWO YEAR WARRANTY
Your Alpina watch is guaranteed for a period of two years (24 months) starting from the purchase date, covering all manufacturing defects during regular use as stated in the following terms: Alpina Watch International S.A. will replace free of charge any defective component due to a manufacturing error, duly noted by our technical services. Your watch is under warranty for a period of two years from the date on the Warranty Certificate, signed and stamped by an authorised Alpina Retailer.
THIS INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1 Theft, loss or acts of God or the consequences of natural disasters;
2 The lifetime of the battery;
3 Normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile or rubber; peeling of the plating);
4 Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from mistreatment or improper use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the operating instructions provided by Alpina;
5 Indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from use, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracy of the Alpina watch;
6 Defects or damage resulting from any handling or tampering of the watch by any party whatsoever other than a service centre duly authorised by Alpina (such as for battery replacement, services or repairs), or altering of its original condition beyond Alpina’s control;
7 The use of batteries other than those indicated by Alpina.
This warranty is valid only for wristwatches accompanied by the guarantee certificate duly signed, dated and stamped by the authorised Alpina Retailer. Both the reference and the individual registration numbers of the Alpina watch must be written on the certificate. 129 Any servicing or repair work to your Alpina watch must be carried out solely by an Alpina-approved service and repair centre or the International Warranty is no longer valid. The International Warranty does not in any way cancel, restrict or otherwise affect any legally recognised consumer rights or privileges in the country of purchase of your Alpina watch.
FULL TWO YEAR WARRANTY
We guarantee each Autodromo Motoring Timepiece we sell to be free of defects and to work dependably for at least 2 full years from date of purchase. If your Autodromo malfunctions within this two year period, we will repair or replace the timepiece for you at no cost to you. If you have a warranty claim, please email our customer care department to receive further instructions.
The warranty on our timepieces will be voided by the following circumstances: Internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishaps, mishandling, abusive treatment of the watch (such as smacking it against your doorjamb as you climb out of your car, or wearing your watch in a hot-tub or sauna) or unscrewing of the crown. Modifications, attempted repairs, or tampering with the watch by unauthorized third parties will also render your warranty void. Please use only replacement batteries of the type prescribed by Autodromo on your instruction card, as damage from unsuitable batteries also is not covered under warranty.
Every Bertucci® watch is carefully designed, manufactured and inspected to ensure it meets our Promise Of Performance™ to you. This is backed up by a 3 year warranty on the watch head and 1 year on the band. In the event of a malfunction, please follow these steps (for band only, go directly to Step 4). Step 1 Determine whether the watch is in warranty. If the watch is in warranty, please follow the remaining steps. If it is NOT in warranty, please refer to the Refurbishment Program in the BATTERY & BAND, REPAIR section for more information. Step 2 Determine whether the watch has been abused. If not abused, please follow the remaining steps. If the watch IS abused (for example, crown is not screwed down and watch is water damaged, or there is visual evidence of high impact to case or crystal), please refer to the Refurbishment Program in the BATTERY & BAND, REPAIR section for more information. Step 3 Please have the battery checked by a local jeweler or professional watch service shop. Most malfunctions are simply battery related. If the battery is good, and the watch is still not functioning correctly, please follow Step 4 next. If the battery is bad, please refer to the Refurbishment Program in the BATTERY & BAND, REPAIR section for more information. Step 4 Please return the defective watch (just the watch head, remove the band) or defective band to the dealer or send it to us for exchange. Please send a note with the defective watch with your name and shipping address, phone number, description of watch of watch (ex. A-2T nylon) and description of malfunction. Please allow 4-5 weeks (or sooner) for the return.
30/30 Warranty
All BOLDR watches come with a 30-day free return policy, plus a 30-month warranty on the internal components of the watch. The 30-month warranty excludes parts that are subjected to (external) wear & tear, which is deemed as damage/alteration to straps, scratches on case and/or lugs, cracked crystal, water damage due to negligence (crown not fully screwed down), and other incidents of similar nature. If the movement proves to be defective in terms of material or workmanship (under normal use), we will repair your watch and ship it back to you. The repair & return process takes an estimated 6-12 weeks. Kindly note that repairs may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances which may interfere with the shipment process. A shipping, handling & servicing fee of $30 applies to all engagements of warranty services, to be borne by the customer. Should the defects be deemed as caused by wear & tear (i.e. not covered under warranty), the customer will be subjected to the cost of the part involved on top of the $30 service fee incurred. For example, replacement of the bezel, crystal, case, etc. will incur a separate charge. The warranty does not cover straps and excludes any watches not purchased directly from BOLDR’s website or authorized stockists.
Bruno Söhnle provides a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Our product is manufactured, checked and tested according to the most modern methods. The technology used and the materials processed are of the best quality. Should manufacturing or material defects occur during the warranty period, these will be repaired free of charge by your authorised BS dealer or the manufacturer. The amount of replacement is limited to the manufacturing costs of this model. The warranty does not include any claims for damages, replacement or refund.
Defects caused by improper handling or third-party intervention are excluded from the guarantee. Also glass breakage, breakage of spring bar and crown or accidental damage and normal wear and tear. Straps, spring bars and batteries are not covered by the guarantee. To prove your claim under the guarantee, please enclose this fully completed guarantee certificate with the watch. It will only be given if this certificate is completely filled in by the retailer. The watch is sent at the sender's risk.
In principle, every Bruno Söhnle watch has a guarantee period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Defects caused by improper handling or third-party intervention are excluded from the guarantee. Straps, spring bars and batteries are not covered by the guarantee. You will also find this information in the certificate sent with the purchase.
This product, except consumables or articles with limited resistance (e.g. battery, band, case), is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects of quality at the time of delivery for a period of one year from the date of purchase ("warranty period"). During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired using CASIO reconditioned replacement parts or the product will be replaced with the same or a similar reconditioned replacement model within a reasonable period of time. To obtain these warranty services, please take or send the product, postage paid, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, to a CASIO Service Center or the store where purchased. There will be no parts or labor charge to you for valid warranty services. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the product securely and send it insured, return receipt requested. The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if: (1) The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment; (2) The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity; (3) The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than a CASIO service center; (4) The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn; (5) The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service; or (6) The warranty period has expired. NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INACCURACY OR MATHEMATICAL INACCURACY OF THE PRODUCT OR LOSS OF STORED DATA. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION BY A PARTY OF LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THAT PARTY'S NEGLIGENCE. SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS SHALL NOT IN SUCH CASES APPLY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION, OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
VALID IN THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM, IRELAND, CARIBBEAN, AND MEXICO
Only valid for purchases made in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Caribbean, and Mexico (“Territory”) from retailers (including Duty Free shops and Military Exchanges) authorized by Citizen Watch Company of America, Inc., Citizen Watch Canada Ltd., Citizen Watch United Kingdom, Ltd., or Citizen de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (“Citizen”, in their respective markets), as an Authorized Retailer.
Citizen warrants this watch (except the power cell, case and its components [including crystal, stem, crown], bracelet and its components [including clasp, links, pins, screws], strap and its components or any accessories) to be free of defects in material and workmanship and to meet the timekeeping accuracy specification in the instructions for a period of five (5) years from the date of original retail purchase in the Territory from an Authorized Retailer.
NOTE: The limited-warranty period for CZ Smart is two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.
Citizen clocks are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty.
The Five-Year Limited Warranty will be honored only by Service Centers in the Territory. Service Centers located in other parts of the world will only provide warranty service under the one year International Warranty.
If the watch exhibits a defect through normal use, Citizen will at its option, either regulate, adjust, repair or replace the movement, as necessary within a reasonable time after the watch is returned during the warranty period: (a) if in person to the nearest Authorized Service Center or (b) by insured mail or other insured carrier to the U.S. Service Headquarters at 1000 West 190th Street, Torrance, CA 90502 or Canada Service Headquarters in Markham, Ontario. Citizen recommends that for faster service and for highly technical watches, you submit your watch to the U.S. Service Headquarters in Torrance if you are located in the United States, or the Canada Service Headquarters in Markham if you are located in Canada, or Mexico Service Headquarters in Mexico City if you are located in Mexico.
All transportation costs (including, but not limited to, postage, insurance and packing materials) incurred in presenting or sending the watch to the Authorized Service Center, U.S. Service Headquarters, or Canada Service Headquarters, or Mexico Service Headquarters are the responsibility of the party presenting or sending the timepiece for service. If sending the watch, do not include any packaging you wish returned as all shipping materials are discarded upon receipt.
As a condition to any warranty service obligation, the Warranty Certificate with all the case and serial numbers as well as the date of purchase filled in by the Authorized Retailer from whom the watch was purchased must accompany the watch when presented for warranty service. Any photocopies or original warranty certificates that appear to have been altered will not be honored.
WHAT THE FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering with or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the Instructions.
- Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear or accident.
- Moisture damage to a watch not marked ‘water resistant’ on the case back or damage from moisture in ‘water resistant’ models that is a result of opening the watch, broken or damaged components.
- Damage caused by the consumer’s failure to have the watch serviced at the consumer’s expense in accordance with the following schedule of regular maintenance.
Power cells must be replaced immediately when power is lost (except Eco-Drive). Water resistant models, including Eco-Drive, must be tested and resealed every two to three years or whenever battery is replaced on battery operated models, whichever comes first. (f) Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the watch by anyone other than one of the Authorized Service Centers listed in this booklet.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED TO THE FIVE (5) YEAR DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. CITIZEN DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES AND IN NO EVENT SHALL CITIZENS LIABILITY EXCEED THE RETAIL VALUE OF THE WATCH FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THIS WATCH.
Some States do not allow (a) limitations on the duration of any implied warranty and/or (b) the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State.
At Gerber’s option, defective product will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal value. This warranty does not cover damaged product due to misuse or abuse, sharpening, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or industrial/commercial use.
For cutting tools: Gerber shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If not described otherwise, our watches are delivered with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. For this you must have the signed warranty card and the payment receipt from the dealer authorized by us. For straps and accessories, you get the statutory 2-year guarantee on technical faults. If something is not in order when you receive the delivery, you can of course return the item in accordance with our terms and conditions.

LIMITED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY
Your HAMILTON® watch is warranted by Hamilton International Ltd. for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international HAMILTON warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased HAMILTON watch. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official HAMILTON dealer. During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your HAMILTON watch, Hamilton International Ltd. guarantees its replacement by a HAMILTON watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
The life of the battery.
Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating.)
Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by Hamilton International Ltd.
The HAMILTON watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond Hamilton International Ltd.’s control.
Guarantee
A guarantee of two years from the date of purchase is given on this Junghans watch. Within this period, any production defects will be corrected free of charge. Should this in our estimation not be possible, or be uneconomical, a replacement will be provided in the form of a watch of the same or, at our discretion, a similar model. Any damage caused to wristwatches by incorrect use or undue strain is not covered by the guarantee. The strap, glass and battery are likewise not covered. The same applies if the production number on the bottom of the watchcase is removed or rendered illegible. The value of any replacement is limited to the cost of the original model. No liability is accepted for any secondary or consequential damage or losses. Failure to follow the instructions for using or looking after the watch shall be deemed incorrect use. When making any guarantee claim, please take your watch together with your receipt and properly filled out guarantee card to an authorized Junghans dealer, if possible the dealer from whom you bought the watch.
The risk of sending the watch back is borne by the sender.
Laco guarantees a 2 year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. It covers all material and manufacturing errors. The warranty excludes damage to watch parts (for example, the crystal) resulting from abnormal or improper usage, lack of care, accidents (such as impacts or breaks), inappropriate use of the watch, or repair from an unauthorized service center.
To ensure that you can enjoy your timepiece for a long time to come, we recommend that you do not wear it while playing sports where it might be exposed to strong vibrations. We recommend a service after 5 to 7 years of ownership. In addition, we recommend that the leather strap be replaced every 6-12 months, and that you check or replace the spring bars every time you replace the strap.
All Louis Erard watches come with an international 3 year warranty. You will receive an official warranty card, and this will enable you to visit any worldwide authorized concessionaire should you encounter a warranty issue with your timepiece within the warranty period. Repair and maintenance is carried out by Louis Erard in the case of faults or defects covered under the manufacturer’s guarantee. Please note that everyday wear is not covered by the warranty.
In the event that you encounter a warranty issue with your timepiece within the warranty period, please contact your local authorized concessionaire to have your item inspected and repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please also remember to bring along your official Louis Erard warranty card during your visit.
Marathon Watch Company Ltd. warrants this item to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use in accordance with care and usage instructions for 2 years from date of purchase from an authorized distributor. This warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse or any irregular application. If we confirm a defect, we will repair or replace it with the same item or one of similar value and return it to you at no charge.
Nivada offers a two-year warranty for all watches purchased on the website. Please note that the warranty is only valid if the certificate is dated and correctly completed. During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only parts covered. All repair charges are free if the watch is proven defective in material used or in craftsmanship under regular use. If the watch is beyond repair, they can order a replacement of a similar timepiece. The new warranty of the replacement watch is valid for twenty four (24) months after the issued replacement date. Please note that a USD10.00 return shipping fee will be charged to all warranty service. The warranty does not cover the following:
- Battery, case, crystal, strap and buckle or bracelet, stem or crown
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Water damage due to negligence unless marked water-resistant
- Repairs made by third party shops unauthorized by us
- Loss, theft, accidents (nicks, dents, shocks, blows, crushing, etc.), natural disasters and calamities
If their warranty does not cover the problem you are having with your watch, or if your warranty has expired, repairs may be possible with a specific fee to be determined by the repair team. The fee is inclusive of return shipping and handling charges.
Ollech and Wajs precision AG grants you from the date of purchase a thirty-six (36) months warranty on your Ollech and Wajs watch under the conditions set out in the present warranty. The Ollech and Wajs international warranty covers defects in materials and manufacture existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Ollech and Wajs Watch. The warranty will only enter into force if the warranty certificate is dated, filled completely and correctly stamped by an authorized Ollech and Wajs dealer. You can register your warranty with us by sending an email with your details and a scan of your purchase receipt at service@ow-watch.ch
During the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the case where the normal conditions of use of the Ollech and Wajs watch cannot be re-established through repairs, Ollech and Wajs precision AG pledges to replace it with an identical Ollech and Wajs model or of similar grade and features. This warranty lasts thirty-six months from the original purchase date of the watch and does not extend from an eventual replacement date.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Normal wear, tear and ageing (e.g. scratches on the glass or the watch case and bracelet, alteration of the color and/or material of the bracelets and of non-metallic parts, such as leather, textile, Rubber).
Damage linked directly or indirectly to incorrect use, as detailed below:
Avoid placing your watch near magnetic fields: hard drives, medical devices, loudspeakers, televisions, magnetic closures, etc...
Always rinse your watch with fresh water after bathing.
Avoid dropping the watch on hard surfaces and shocks in general.
Avoid violent sports such as golf, tennis or mountain biking.
Always tighten the crown properly.
Avoid contact with solvents.
Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures (higher than 60 °c or 140 °f and lower than - 15 °c or 5 °f).
Stainless steel bracelets should always be adjusted by a professional watchmaker.
Oris SA provides a guarantee for the first twenty four (24) months following the date of purchase on the attached and numbered ‘Guarantee Card’, in accordance with the following terms and conditions: This guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects, as well as flaws existing when this Oris watch was delivered to the owner. This guarantee is only applicable if the guarantee card has been filled in completely and correctly, and stamped by an official Oris retailer, and if the serial number on the guarantee card matches the number on the watch. During this guarantee period, and on presentation of the valid guarantee card, the owner of the watch has the right to a repair free of charge. If Oris deems the repair to be unsuitable, the watch shall be replaced with an identical or similar Oris watch within the aforementioned guarantee period. This guarantee excludes: Normal wear and tear resulting from wearing the watch and ageing, e.g. scratched glass, discolouration and/or material alteration with leather, fabrics, rubber, etc. Damage resulting from failure to observe the instructions for use issued by Oris. Damage such as knock, dents, crashing, broken crystal etc. resulting from improper, abnormal or careless handling, neglect, accident, collision impact, etc. Damage resulting from improper work performed by service centres not authorised by Oris. Watches modified without Oris supervision. Additional form of guarantee granted by a direct outlet e.g. retailer etc. Indirect damage and/or secondary damage, of any kind e.g. due to watch stoppage or inaccuracy, etc. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee services described here and the recommended maintenance work shall be performed by an authorised Oris retailer and/or by the national representatives of Oris. A list is attached, accurate at date of issue. The current version of the list is published at www.oris.ch. Guarantee supplement for watches bought in the USA: All applicable implied warranties, incl. the implied guarantee of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose given to you by law are hereby limited to the duration of this guarantee. Some states in the USA do not allow time limitations of warranties, or exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so exclusions or limitations mentioned may not apply to the owner. This guarantee gives the owner specific legal rights and he may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. Oris’ obligation is strictly limited to repair or replacement as stated herein. Your Oris dealer carries sole responsibility for any other guarantees.
Your Paulin watch comes with a limited warranty for a period of two (2) years after original purchase if purchased from paulinwatches.com or an offical Paulin Watches stockist. The warranty covers defects caused by faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal use. The warranty does not cover: battery, glass, aesthetic changes in the leather straps, nor does it cover accidents or damage caused by lack of care or normal wear and tear. If you do experience problems with your watch, please contact our customer service team by emailing contact@paulinwatches.com. We will ask you to provide a dated proof of purchase.

If our warranty does not cover the problem you are having with your watch, or if your warranty has expired, repairs may be possible with a specific fee to be determined by the repair team. The fee is inclusive of return shipping and handling charges.
The first year is a worldwide warranty.
The second and third years are only valid for service in the United States.
We warrant that if your SEIKO watch described on the enclosed Certificate of Limited Warranty proves, on presentation by you within three years from the date of original retail purchase, to be defective in material or workmanship and provided the watch was purchased from an authorized SEIKO dealer, we will, at our option, regulate, adjust, or repair or replace parts or movement, without charge to you, subject to the following limits and exclusions:

The present Spinnaker Watches International Warranty applies to watches sold or presented for warranty service in any country. Your Spinnaker watch is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”) subject to the following conditions.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Your Spinnaker Watches International Warranty does not cover, notably:
- Defects and damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet
- Defects and damages caused by improper use, alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Water damage, unless marked water-resistant
- Warranty is non transferable.
If your watch is returned during the warranty period, any component found to be defective by our technical services as a result of a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced free of charge at Spinnaker’s sole discretion. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge. You are responsible for transportation costs, including but not limited to postage, insurance and packing materials. We recommend that any shipment to us include certified delivery and insurance.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your package for your watch to go through the repair process, depending on the severity of the defect.
THE ABOVE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY:

TJB guarantees that all of our products are free from manufacturers' defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damages caused by misuse, abuse, alterations, accidents, neglect, improper sharpening and normal wear and tear. The use of our products outside their intended purpose is considered abuse and will not be covered by warranty. - If you have any TJB product that has stopped performing before its reasonable lifetime (not due to misuse or neglect), please give us a call and we promise to make it right - Like all tools, our knives require proper maintenance to function properly and are subject to normal wear and tear Knives and other products put to hard use for extended periods of time may eventually reach the end of their service life and should be retired from use and replaced.
Your TIMEX® watch is warrantied against manufacturing defects by Timex Group USA, Inc. for a period of ONE YEAR from the original purchase date. Timex and its worldwide affiliates will honor this International Warranty. To obtain warranty service, return your watch to an authorized Timex repair center with a receipt for proof of purchase, clearly showing the date, item purchased, and the retailer from which the purchase was made. Warranty service is only honored on watches purchased directly from authorized retailers. Second hand or private sales will not be honored. In warranty repairs are at no charge; however, a handling fee will be charged. Repair requests received without proof of purchase, will be processed as an out of warranty repair and will incur the out of warranty charges. For in warranty and out of warranty repairs, Timex may, at its option, repair your watch by installing new or thoroughly reconditioned and inspected components. For in warranty repairs that are no longer repairable due to unavailability of parts or components, we may at our option replace the watch with an identical model or a model with like or similar features. Out of warranty watches that are no longer repairable due to the unavailability of parts or components will be returned as received and no cost will be charged. IMPORTANT — PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS OR DAMAGES TO YOUR WATCH: 1) after the warranty period expires; 2) if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized Timex retailer; 3) from repair services not performed by Timex; 4) from accidents, tampering or abuse; and 5) lens or crystal, strap or band, watch case, attachments or battery. Timex may charge you for replacing any of these parts. Tissot watches bought from an authorised retailer are covered by a 24 month sales warranty as per below conditions, downloadable in PDF format at this link. A warranty card, properly filled in by the point of sale, is provided and specify the activation date of the warranty.
If you purchase from a dealer you should contact them, as they are responsible for the warranty in the first place. They might also require a proof of purchase, so we suggest you keep the original receipt and, in every case, the warranty paper. Further, please note that local rules on legal warranty apply. The warranty does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. For example, it does not cover water damage due to your carelessness (e.g. if you submerge the watch in water without closing the crown), normal wear and tear, accidental glass damage, scratches, damage to the strap, or theft. A proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests.

WHAT DOES THE VICTORINOX 5-YEAR WARRANTY + COVER? • The movement, dial, hands and any manufacturing defects which may appear under normal use during the five years from date of purchase • Free of charge battery replacement during the first year from date of purchase, should the battery become fully discharged (dead battery) • The shipping cost from repair center will be covered by Victorinox Swiss Army SA THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: • The life of the battery after the first year from the purchase date • The normal wear and tear (changes in color for the straps, scratches on the crystal, the bezel, the bracelet or the case) • Improper handling, as well as damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accidents or made by unauthorized repair center • Electronic device/function integrated in our watch products is not covered by this warranty AFTER 5 YEARS: For customers having a product out of the warranty period, Victorinox Swiss Army offers a high-quality service at a reasonable price. If the customer’s product is “beyond repair”, Victorinox Swiss Army will suggest alternative options. Customers are invited to contact their local service center to be informed about the different maintenances and process to ship their product. PROOF OF PURCHASE: Customers are encouraged to save their stamped warranty card or their store receipt as proof of purchase, it will be needed to demonstrate warranty coverage. The warranty only applies to products that were purchased from an authorized Victorinox retailer. Warranty
Pre-owned and Vintage watches can require movement service and may have been worn in the past. Since these pieces are vintage or pre-owned, please expect wear and patina from past usage and age. The purchaser should anticipate the possibility that service may be required within a year after purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for future service and repair costs.
Vintage watches are not water resistant or waterproof unless rigorously tested and certified otherwise. If submerged in water, the watch can be destroyed. Water can also enter the watch in high-humidity environments and damage the movement, dial, and other parts. We suggest not swimming with vintage watches or taking them in a humid environment. If dropped, mishandled, or otherwise abused, the movement or other parts of the watch can be damaged. Please handle with care.
Care has been taken to try to ensure that Windup Watch Shop pre-owned watches are running and in good condition. Please note that all watches and items are offered and sold "as is." Some watches may also be marked as “Final Sale,” with no returns or exchanges accepted.
The 2 year warranty is based on normal use of the product. This guarantee excludes the crystal, the bracelet and its buckle, the case and bezel surface treatment and the battery (for quartz models.)
Two (2) Year International Warranty
The Zodiac Two (2) Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Zodiac's limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. Your ZODIAC watch is warranted by Zodiac Watches for a period two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Zodiac warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt and/or your completed warranty card is required for proof of purchase. During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of component and labor charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. In case of replacement, Zodiac cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two (2) years from the date the replacement watch is received.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
• Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
• Water damage if care instructions for the product's water resistance level (as marked on the product) were not followed.
• Products that are not purchased from an authorized ZODIAC retailer.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized Zodiac sales or services agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty is void if the serial numbers or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated. The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Zodiac. Zodiac shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Zodiac has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Zodiac's entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at Zodiac's sole option. Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or 4 consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
