The Turas 914 takes its name from the Irish word for journey, a fitting reference point for a watch built around one of history's great survival stories. It draws its inspiration from Ernest Shackleton's 1914 Endurance expedition, and the resolve of the crew who hauled a lifeboat across the Antarctic ice after their ship was crushed. That story of endurance carries through into the watch itself, offered here in three dial and colorway options: White Out, Black Ice, and Landfall.

The case runs 39mm in fine-brushed 316L stainless steel, sized to sit comfortably on the wrist while still holding up to rougher use. A redesigned handset keeps the dial legible in low light or fast glances, and a thicker bezel adds durability without bulking up the silhouette. Each watch comes on a matching stainless steel bracelet, and the automatic rotor visible through the caseback is engraved with a scene of Shackleton, Tom Crean, and the crew hauling the James Caird lifeboat across the ice.

Power comes from a Swiss-made Sellita SW200-1, an automatic movement regulated in-house at Nomadic's Belfast workshop. It runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour for a smooth sweep of the seconds hand, holds a 41-hour power reserve, and supports both hacking seconds and hand-winding.
