An enthusiast favorite at recent Windup Watch Fairs, we’re thrilled to announce that Elliot Brown has joined the Windup Watch Shop as part of their U.S. rollout. Founded in 2013 by friends Ian Elliot and Alex Brown, Elliot Brown exists for one purpose: to build wearable, affordable, and tough tool watches. The UK-based brand has made good on that promise, regularly collaborating with entities like the United Kingdom’s Armed Forces, Mountain Rescue England & Wales, Land Rover, and other government agencies to build watches perfectly suited for their missions.

To welcome Elliot Brown to the Windup Watch Shop, we are starting with three of their most popular designs: The Beachmaster and the Holton. A 300m water resistant Quartz GMT

It started with a request by a team of Royal Marines — could Elliot Brown make them a simple method of counting down to an event and then showing the elapsed time following the event? In the end, EB patented a new complication that resulted in the Beachmaster mission timer. A purpose-built watch for missions at sea and on land with a name inspired by the Normandy Landings, the Professional is available in two stealthy variants featuring dark grey sandblasted PVD cases;the Blackout with its fully blacked-out case, dial, and hands while the Ghost features a light stone dial and hands with dark grey lume.

A 43mm, Highly Legible Sporty GMT

The Holton is one of EB’s flagship dive watches, developed in tandem with a tier-one specialist branch of the British Armed Forces (here’s a hint: they have a three-letter acronym). The Auto GMT collection takes that original spec and adds an independently adjustable 24-hour hand and high-grip 24-hour bezel for a travel-friendly version of the brand’s imminent dive watch. Featuring the same 43mm case and 200m water resistance of the original, the Holton Auto GMT is available here in three military grade options: matte gunmetal grey PVD, sandblasted stainless steel, and EB’s unique NIVO — Night Invisible Varnish Orfordness.

A formidable 300m water resistant GMT

The Beachmaster Automatic features the same patented mission timer as its quartz counterpart and throws in a Swiss-made automatic movement along with additional premium features like a rugged stainless steel bracelet. With 300m of water resistance in a wearable 40mm case, the Beachmaster is a highly capable yet wearable tool watch. The special Founder’s Edition adds indices inspired by the brand’s Holton dive watch, a vapor-honed case with a special matte finish, and all-black crowns and bezel for an under-the-radar look.
